About the role

  • We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager (DPM) to own and evolve the Producer Incentive Compensation Engine, focused on bonus and incentive pay calculations.

  • This is a highly visible role where you will act as the “CEO of your product”, owning strategy, discovery, roadmap, and delivery while balancing business priorities, technical capabilities, and compliance needs.

  • You will drive both big-picture product vision and day-to-day execution, enabling accurate and transparent compensation for thousands of producers across the enterprise.

This is an ideal opportunity for a product manager who thrives in complex, high-impact environments and enjoys turning intricate business logic into scalable digital products, while driving both strategic direction and hands-on execution.

  • Actively evolving with automation and AI-driven capabilities

What You’ll Do

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap

  • Lead product discovery, problem definition, and outcome alignment with stakeholders

  • Translate complex compensation rules into clear product features and user stories

  • Partner with Engineering to deliver iterative, high-quality solutions

  • Own product health, accuracy, and adoption metrics

  • Navigate trade-offs and prioritization in a highly regulated, time-sensitive domain

  • Champion Human‑Centered Design and modern digital experience patterns

  • Collaborate across teams to manage dependencies and deliver within a broader ecosystem

What You Bring (Required)

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience

  • Experience as a Digital Product Manager owning end-to-end product delivery

  • Strong ability to bridge strategy and execution (big picture + detailed delivery)

Proven experience in:

  • Product discovery and roadmap development

  • Agile delivery, backlog management, and story writing

  • agile frameworks (XP, Scrum) and product‑ownership best practices

  • Understanding of product–platform–API integration patterns

  • Root‑cause analysis and data‑driven decision‑making capability

  • Stakeholder facilitation and cross-functional alignment

  • Technical fluency (APIs, data flows, system interactions) with ability to partner effectively with engineering

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to define and measure outcomes

What sets you apart (preferred)

  • Experience with financial systems, compensation platforms, or rule-based engines

  • Experience delivering on the Outcome‑Based Delivery (OBD) model

  • API‑based integration engine experience

  • Background in complex, regulated environments (e.g., SOX, finance, insurance)

  • Exposure to modern architecture (microservices, event-driven systems)
