About the Role:
Adage is looking for a Digital Strategist to join our Strategy & Design team. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to shape their digital vision, lead strategy workshops, and develop roadmaps that align business goals with user needs. You'll also play a key role in new business opportunities - helping uncover client challenges, propose smart digital solutions, and craft scopes and statements of work.
As a subject matter expert on Adage's strategy and design offerings, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, UX/UI Design, Development, and Product to turn vision into action. This role requires confident facilitation, strong consulting instincts, and an ability to make the complex simple for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support digital strategy workshops and discovery engagements
- Help shape digital product and platform roadmaps
- Partner with Sales on proposals, estimates, and client pitches
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable strategic deliverables
- Represent Adage at conferences, trade shows, and client meetings
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5+ years experience in digital strategy, UX consulting, or product strategy
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with digital platforms, content strategy, and technical ecosystems
- Experience supporting sales efforts and writing scopes or proposals
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience working with associations preferred
