Mariner is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for the role of Director, Advisor Growth and Engagement. This individual will drive the growth, development, and long-term success of advisors within our organization. Working closely with both advisors and executive leadership, you will enable greater business scalability and enhance both the advisor and client experience through the full utilization of Mariner’s comprehensive platforms and solutions.
ResponsibilitiesGuide advisors through Mariner’s platform, connecting them with subject matter experts and tailored solutions that accelerate business growth and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with advisors to design, implement, and measure progress on growth roadmaps, providing accountability to key milestones and measurable outcomes.
Bridge advisory teams with the Advisor Coaching and Advisor Experience teams, ensuring advisors receive cohesive, high-impact support across all development channels.
Serve as the primary point of contact within each advisory team, proactively identifying competitive threats, spotting new trends, and surfacing opportunities for expansion.
Recommend, implement, and support the adoption of best practices and strategies that streamline operations, enhance client engagement, and unlock additional revenue potential.
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, advisor coaching, consulting, or practice management
CFP®, or similar industry designation
