$189,000.00 - $331,100.00 a year

Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-year account strategy aligned with Micron's Core Data Center Business Unit
- Own revenue, margin, and design-win pipeline for storage customers across the Americas
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships, delivering business-focused value discussions and quarterly reviews
- Guide technical resource deployment for early architecture engagement and roadmap alignment
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, including LTAs, pricing strategies, and multi-year supply agreements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years in B2B technology sales managing large strategic accounts
- Proven experience building executive relationships and driving value-based engagements
- Success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles at Fortune 100 or similar organizations
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve organizational challenges
- Understanding of datacenter, semiconductor, or advanced infrastructure technologies
- Technical degree (BSEE or related) desired
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong technical fluency (L2) with ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
- Experience driving competitive displacement and long-term account transformation
- Background in cloud hardware, AI systems, or semiconductor-adjacent technologies
- Demonstrated leadership of distributed or matrixed teams
