We’re filling this role for a client, A clinical-stage neuroscience company advancing precision brain health by using EEG-derived biomarkers to personalize transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy for mental healthcare.

 

Role Overview

Hiring for a strategic and hands-on Director of Brand Strategy and Growth to lead integrated marketing initiatives across brand awareness, commercialization, customer engagement, and growth.

This role will support post-FDA commercialization efforts and oversee marketing strategy across both B2B (clinic licensing/enterprise) and B2C (patient awareness) audiences.

The ideal candidate combines healthcare marketing expertise, growth-oriented execution, strong storytelling, and analytical rigor within a regulated environment.

 
Key Responsibilities

Brand, Media & Advocacy

  • Drive earned media, thought leadership, influencer, and advocacy initiatives

  • Build relationships with physicians, neuroscientists, veterans, athletes, and key opinion leaders (KOLs)

  • Develop campaigns across podcasts, webinars, conferences, social media, and digital platforms

  • Amplify visibility while maintaining scientific credibility and regulatory compliance

Commercialization & Growth

  • Lead marketing initiatives supporting commercialization and post-FDA growth strategy

  • Develop integrated go-to-market campaigns for clinicians, enterprise partners, patients, and prospective licensees

  • Support clinic activation, patient acquisition, and enterprise growth initiatives

  • Partner with executive leadership on company narrative, positioning, and category leadership

Analytics & Operations

  • Track and optimize KPIs including CAC, conversion, retention, attribution, and marketing ROI

  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness

  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Clinical, Data Science, Engineering, and Executive Leadership

  • Manage agencies, vendors, and external marketing partners as needed

Lifecycle Marketing & CRM

  • Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and audience segmentation strategies

  • Develop automated campaigns across email, social, and digital channels

  • Utilize behavioral data and analytics to improve engagement, retention, and conversion

Compliance & Regulatory

  • Ensure marketing communications align with FDA, HIPAA, and healthcare marketing standards

  • Support compliant promotion of FDA-cleared indications and approved claims

  • Collaborate on medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes

 
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, integrated, or commercial marketing

  • Experience within healthcare, digital health, medical device, neuroscience, SaaS, or wellness industries preferred

  • Proven success supporting commercialization or go-to-market launches

  • Experience marketing to healthcare providers, enterprise healthcare organizations, and/or consumers

  • Strong CRM and marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, etc.)

  • Strong analytical and performance marketing capabilities

  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and brand positioning skills

  • Familiarity with FDA promotional considerations and regulated healthcare communications strongly preferred

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong operational execution skills
