The Director of Business Development focuses on driving sales cycles, prospecting new opportunities, and managing account planning and customer relationships in AI data enablement.
Pactera EDGE are looking to welcome an outgoing, experienced business developer with a strong track record in technology related sales. This position will lead the
strategic development of their sell-to/sell-in business with one
of their global accounts with one of the largest internet-based enterprises in e-commerce,
cloud computing, online marketplace, and live-streaming. This role is ideal for a candidate with additional experience AI Enablement.
Responsibilities
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial
customer engagement to closed sales
- Prospect new opportunities
via established relationships and general networking of the targeted
account
- Maintain awareness of the competitive
landscape, market pricing and strategy
- Account Planning, revenue forecasting and
opportunity management
- Make presentations to senior managers and
decision-makers
- Assist pre-sales and delivery team in drafting
and delivering proposals
- Work with technical staff and product
specialists where required to address customer requirements

Requirements
- Strong track record in technology-related
sales or business development and/or account management
- Experience in AI Data Enablement/Data Collection/Data Curation
- Excellent capacity in building strong,
collaborative customer relationships with Business Decision Makers
- Ability to navigate a customer through
sales negotiations and technical presentations in person and remotely
- Enjoying working in a human, nimble, high-growth
and highly collaborative culture
