What we need

W​e're looking for a driven and dedicated Director of Business Development to lead the growth of our Platforms business in the North American market. ​You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of the LoopMe DSP and Exchange across a variety of clients, including ad agencies, brands, publishers, and other ad tech companies. 

​As our Director, Business Development - Platforms, you will be...

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive adoption of the LoopMe DSP and Exchange
  • Work​ing closely with US sales leads to identify and prioritise key target accounts across agencies, brands, publishers, AdTech companies and the commerce media ecosystem
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and challenges​ to secure new business 
  • Developing customised solutions and proposals that demonstrate the value of LoopMe's platforms
  • Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Fostering long-term partnerships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Contributing to product development by providing market feedback and client insights
  • Working closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new clients

​You will have 

  • ​Proven success in an enterprise sales or business development role within​​ AdTech, that had a focus on selling a DSP or SaaS product to agencies, brands​ and publishers 
  • ​A book of key decision makers across the main agency holding companies and mid-market SME is preferred 
  • ​A strong understanding of programmatic advertising technologies, including RTB, DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in consultative selling, understand client needs, and develop tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills with the ability to structure and close deals that can have long sales cycles

Our Compensation and Benefits (for New York State residents only)

$150,000- $170,000 base salary USD Annually

In accordance with New York state law, the range provided is LoopMe’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. LoopMe also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.
