  • Support field teams in shaping solutions that deliver measurable ROI on freight, cube utilization, and labor optimization.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment between commercial strategy and delivery capability.

Pipeline Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Leverage deep knowledge of freight and warehouse operations to quantify and communicate Packsize’s value in reducing transportation costs, improving cube utilization, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Build tailored financial models and ROI analyses that demonstrate freight savings, warehouse throughput improvements, and sustainability gains achievable through right-sized packaging solutions.
  • Develop playbooks and customer tools that link Packsize’s automation technology directly to measurable logistics cost reductions and fulfillment performance improvements.
  • Establish clear KPIs for opportunity creation, partner contribution, and regional performance metrics.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure market feedback influences roadmap and messaging.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to assess feasibility, logistics impact, and integration readiness for new opportunities.
  • Support leadership with forecasting, commercial modeling, and international market planning.

What You'll Bring

  • 15+ years of experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain operations with a focus on B2B manufacturing, DTC fulfillment, Material Handling Equipment, or packaging.
  • Proven record of driving growth and partnerships in freight, warehousing, or distribution networks.
  • Deep understanding of logistics processes (inbound/outbound freight, warehouse layout, fulfillment optimization, and automation technologies).
  • Experience working across North American and European markets, with strong cultural fluency and ability to lead distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills; ability to develop business cases, model ROI, and negotiate strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Performance Metrics:

  • Freight and logistics partnership growth and expansion of Packsize’s presence in the 3PL and warehouse ecosystem
  • Revenue impact from freight savings value proposition for the target market.
