Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven global Vice President of Channel Partners, Alliances & Routes to Market to architect, build, and scale our partner ecosystem in our recurring software and services business. This is a strategic builder role for a leader who has successfully created or transformed partner programs from the ground up. Operating within the MarTech and Digital Experience space, this executive position is crucial for accelerating market penetration and revenue growth across private enterprise and public sector markets, with an immediate strategic focus on North America and Europe.

As the VP, you and your team of 3-5 Partner Account Managers will architect and oversee a comprehensive partner strategy encompassing resellers, affiliate partners, systems integrators, digital agencies, cloud marketplaces, and business consultancies. You will design and implement innovative partner programs that create mutual value, drive adoption, and scale our global reach. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, Product, and Finance teams while building and leading a high-performing global team.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Program Architecture:

  • Design, build, and execute a comprehensive global channel and partner ecosystem strategy, with immediate focus on North America and Europe
  • Architect transformative partner programs from the ground up, including partner business models, tiering structures, and differentiated value propositions
  • Pioneer innovative routes to market that create competitive advantages and accelerate revenue growth

Program Development & Execution:

  • Create and implement scalable partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and certification programs
  • Develop comprehensive partner marketing strategies and co-selling frameworks that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Design performance-based incentive structures, pricing strategies, and co-marketing initiatives that align partner success with company objectives

Revenue Acceleration & Business Impact:

  • Drive significant revenue growth through partner-led opportunities and influence partner-sourced pipeline
  • Establish metrics, analytics, and reporting frameworks to measure partner performance, ROI, and business impact
  • Identify and capitalize on new partner-driven market opportunities that expand addressable market

Team Building & Leadership:

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-caliber team of Partner Account Managers with proven MarTech industry experience
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and partner-centricity across the organization
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic partnerships and represent the company at industry events

Cross-Functional Orchestration:

  • Collaborate with Marketing to create partner marketing programs, campaigns, and enablement materials
  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on partner engagement, deal registration, and co-selling motions
  • Work with Product and Finance to develop partner-friendly pricing, packaging, and margin strategies

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in channel and partner management, with at least 5+ years in recent senior leadership roles within MarTech industries
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful partner programs from inception, or rebuilding programs including developing partner business models and acquisition frameworks
  • Demonstrated success in establishing productive partnerships and technology alliances with Content & Creation Agencies, Digital Experience Agencies or Consultancies, and MarTech Enterprise SaaS Experience as well as experience with Reseller and Systems Integrators relevant in MarTech.
  • Measurable success launching or revitalizing partner marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing Partner Account Managers with established relationships in the MarTech space
  • Data Driven with operational best practies to execute and measure impact across global markets
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence and collaborate across functions, geographies, and organizational levels
  • Experience successfully presenting at large events to varied audiences
  • Experience selling through and with partners in both North American and European markets
  • Public sector experience a plus
