This role will work closely with the Vice President, Digital & E-Commerce and the Vice President, Sales & Marketing - North America, and will be responsible for driving the global e-commerce strategy across the region. The successful candidate will lead the development of regional campaigns and partner with property teams to execute key digital initiatives that deliver e-business revenue growth and support broader commercial objectives.

The position will collaborate extensively with corporate, regional, and property stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of global e-commerce strategies and programmes at the local level. This includes overseeing digital marketing initiatives, online advertising, content optimisation, and tactical campaigns to maximise performance and customer engagement.

In addition, the role will identify strategic opportunities to enhance digital maturity, drive innovation, and implement best practices across the region. The individual will play a key role in improving digital marketing effectiveness, increasing direct bookings, and accelerating e-commerce performance across the North American portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the implementation of the global E-Commerce strategy in North America
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic and tactical regional initiatives to drive direct revenue growth and e-commerce performance. 
  • Partner closely with property-level E-Commerce teams to optimize digital performance, website conversion, customer acquisition, and direct channel contribution. 
  • Collaborate with global and regional digital marketing partners to maximize the effectiveness and return on investment of digital marketing activities across the region. 
  • Work closely with Regional Revenue, Sales & Marketing, and Commercial leaders to support business objectives and drive revenue growth. 
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on regional digital performance, market trends, competitive activity, and evolving consumer behaviours. 
  • Identify and champion strategic opportunities, digital innovations, and technology enhancements that improve commercial performance and operational efficiency. 
  • Drive the localization and implementation of global digital and e-commerce initiatives 
  • Foster best-practice sharing, governance, and cross-property collaboration to improve consistency and execution across the region.
  • Support recruitment and succession planning efforts for local E-Commerce openings.
  • Assist with other tasks as required.

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent In E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing or related subjects

Salary: $150,000-160,000
