- Develop and execute the AMS and XIP strategic roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Define and prioritize AMS and XIP development initiatives, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
AMS Platform Development and Operations:
- Oversee AMS and XIP development, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Directly manage cloud system operations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency.
Data and Analytics Management:
- Drive data-driven insights and reporting to optimize ad performance.
- Ensure data integrity and reliability, implementing data governance.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and budgets across multiple locations, including cultural differences.
- Lead and mentor a distributed team (USA & offshore), fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for AMS matters, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with product managers, sales teams, and clients.
Position is office based in Irvine, CA- 4 days/week & 1 day/week remote.

Primary Location Pay Range: $184,681.09 - $277,021.64

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ad Management Systems (AMS), VAST standards, Real-Time Bidding (RTB), and CTV/Streaming Ads.
- Proven track record in building and scaling ad-serving infrastructure and identity platforms.
- Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, SSAI, and audience targeting.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), distributed systems, and data governance.
- Experience managing global engineering teams (10+ engineers across onshore/offshore).
- Familiarity with ML/AI-driven ad optimization and data analytics for monetization.
