What you will do

As the Director of Enterprise Demand Generation, you’ll drive the strategy behind the growth of our marketing-sourced pipeline for our enterprise segment. You'll own the enterprise demand generation strategy, lead integrated omni-channel campaigns that move accounts through the funnel, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and inform strategic decisions.

  • Provide strategic leadership and planning. Drive the enterprise demand generation strategy and roadmap to accelerate marketing-sourced pipeline. Build scalable, repeatable programs that generate enterprise awareness and demand. Take a holistic approach to ICP targeting, content strategy, channel selection, and funnel optimization to deliver predictable pipeline creation.
  • Lead campaign and program strategy. Lead integrated, omni-channel campaigns targeting enterprise accounts and key buyer personas through paid media, content syndication, ABM initiatives and coordinated outbound efforts. Design programs that introduce ActivTrak to cold accounts and systematically move them through early, mid, and late-stage funnel progression. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure aligned messaging, refined target lists, and coordinated outbound strategies.
  • Own performance measurement and optimization. Own enterprise marketing funnel metrics including awareness, engagement, account progression, conversion rates and marketing-sourced pipeline contribution. Utilize data to drive continuous program optimization and inform strategic decisions. Partner with internal and external data analysts to extract insights and guide strategic pivots or investment reallocation. Oversee agency partnerships to maximize ROI.
  • Bring team and cross-functional leadership. Mentor and develop the Senior Enterprise Demand Manager. Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams. Deliver executive-level presentations including strategic plans, performance analyses, recommendations, and business insights.
  • Be exceptionally pragmatic. Working in a scale-up environment requires that you’ll be able to make the right trade offs to progress projects while balancing constraints and input.  We’re looking for a candidate that can be pragmatic, and has the ability to make decisions based on data.
  • Be customer-obsessed. We believe understanding the customer experience across pre and post sales activity helps our team build amazing products that solve real problems.  Getting to know our customers and the challenges they face through conversations, research, and engagement with our community, will be a powerful input into this role.
  • Care deeply about your own productivity. Through understanding your own productivity and the productivity of those around you, you gain better insight into our customers’ challenges. We’re looking for someone who wants to talk openly about their own productivity successes for the purpose of innovation and performance elevation.
