What You’ll Do

We are seeking an innovative, agile, and delivery-oriented Director, Global Logistics to join our team, reporting to the SVP of Supply Chain & Capacity Management. This is a key leadership role that builds out and runs our end to end logistics operations, inclusive of transportation, warehousing, and trade compliance.  This role will work tightly with other cross-functional teams such as Global Supplier Management, Machine Delivery, DC Ops, Engineering, Sales, & Finance.

  • Develop and lead a team of professionals focused on operational excellence and transformation of the function. 
  • Enable the organizational buildout of key subfunctions to help manage delivery precision and optimal total landed cost of our infrastructure. 
  • Develop a vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization 
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Finance, DC operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to drive alignment on data and process dependencies, deliverables, resource needs, and project timelines
  • Serve as the single point of contact for strategic stakeholder updates, ensuring clear, concise, and consistent communications land with a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks to keep projects on track and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project success and effectiveness

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in  Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management / Project Management
  • Five or more years of experience leading a team
  • Experienced in outsourced logistics partnerships 
  • Experience in managing and leading change initiatives involving significant impacts to the organization.
  • Experience in contract development, execution, and management
  • Skilled in building relationships with key stakeholders to gather category requirements and specifications from departments and category subject matter experts.
  • Ability to resolve conflict and solve problem
  • Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $190,000-$235,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
