About the Role

We’re looking for a Director of Global Partner Solutions Architecture to lead and scale our efforts in driving technical excellence and collaboration across our diverse partner ecosystem. This critical leadership role will report to the Senior Director of Partner Success and work closely with Sales, Product, and Partner teams worldwide.

You’ll lead a globally distributed team responsible for enabling partners—ranging from large GSIs (Deloitte, Accenture, PwC) to regional consultancies and technical service providers—to scope, solution, and deliver world-class cloud security services built on our platform. This team plays a pivotal role in ensuring partners can confidently deploy and support our solutions, driving both partner-driven revenue and high-quality service delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Build & Lead a Global Team – Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing, geographically distributed team of Partner Solutions Architect Managers and individual contributors, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and impact.
  • Drive Partner Technical Enablement – Develop and oversee structured enablement programs that equip partners to confidently scope, sell, and deliver solutions built on our platform. Ensure partners are technically proficient, certified, and self-sufficient in their service delivery.
  • Strategic Program Leadership – Lead global initiatives like Technical Partner Enablement Programs and Subject Matter Expert Programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and partner success.
  • Ensure Service Quality & Consistency – Establish and enforce best practices, methodologies, and technical frameworks that improve the quality and consistency of partner-delivered services.
  • Operational Excellence & Insights – Define key performance metrics and implement data-driven systems (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) to track partner engagement, solution effectiveness, and partner-led revenue contribution.
  • Process Optimization – Standardize and streamline partner onboarding, solution validation, and technical governance processes, making them scalable and repeatable across regions.
  • Cross-Functional Influence – Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical Revenue teams to align on go-to-market strategies, partner incentives, and product feedback loops that improve partner experience.
  • Executive-Level Partner Engagement – Build relationships with senior leaders and executives at partner organizations to create deep alignment, strengthen technical interlock, and drive joint business success.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Partner Solutions Architecture, Partner Sales Engineering, or similar functions in a global SaaS or cloud security organization.
  • Experience managing managers and leading globally distributed technical teams.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems (GSIs, regional SIs, VARs, MSPs) and how they build, sell, and deliver services in cloud security.
  • Strong strategic leadership skills, with a proven ability to define and execute scalable programs that improve partner enablement and solution delivery.
  • Technical competency in cloud security – Hands-on understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, networking, cloud identity & access management, containers, and CSPM/CNAPP solutions.
  • Operational acumen – Experience implementing metrics-driven approaches to measure and optimize partner performance, service quality, and revenue impact.
  • Exceptional communication & executive presence – Ability to engage and influence C-level executives, partner leaders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Global mindset – Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures, with an ability to scale programs worldwide.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for strategic partner meetings and key events (though the role is primarily remote).

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with CSPM, CNAPP, or cloud infrastructure security solutions.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • Previous experience in Partner Program Management, Technical SaaS Sales, or Services GTM Strategy.
  • Familiarity with risk-based security frameworks (NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK, etc.).
