The Role 

The Director, Global Systems Integrator (GSI) is a senior leader responsible for driving strategic partnerships and business growth with top-tier GSIs, including Cognizant, Accenture, and Deloitte. This role will lead our strategy, develop executive-level relationships, and ensure successful joint go-to-market initiatives that maximize revenue, partner engagement, and customer success. 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute a global GSI strategy to deepen engagement and accelerate revenue with Cognizant, Accenture, Deloitte, and other key partners. 

  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with GSI leadership teams, driving joint business planning and strategic alignment. 

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver joint solutions, co-innovation, and go-to-market programs with GSIs. 

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on GSI initiatives and pipeline development. 

  • Oversee global account mapping, opportunity identification, and joint pursuit strategies with GSIs. 

  • Conduct regular executive business reviews with GSI partners to assess progress, resolve challenges, and identify new growth opportunities. 

  • Own the global GSI sales forecast, providing accurate projections and insights to executive leadership. 

  • Develop and implement GSI partner recruitment and enablement strategies to support ongoing growth objectives. 

  • Maintain deep understanding of industry trends, competitive positioning, and the evolving GSI landscape. 

  • Ensure measurable ROI for all GSI-related activities and programs. 

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive forums focused on GSI partnerships. 

  • Lead and develop GTM sales with leadership

Qualifications/Requirements 

  • Proven experience leading and developing global GSI partnerships, with a strong track record of success with Cognizant, Accenture, and/or Deloitte. 

  • Deep understanding of the GSI ecosystem, business models, and joint solution development. 

  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align internal and external stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. 

  • Strong strategic, analytical, and business acumen, with a history of driving measurable results. 

  • Experience managing complex, multi-region initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

  • Proficiency with CRM and partner management systems (Salesforce experience preferred). 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 

  • Existing executive relationships within Cognizant, Accenture, Deloitte, or other leading GSIs is required.
