Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Director to lead and elevate the people function at Transmit Security. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, driving talent strategy, organizational development, and a high-performance culture across a global, fast-growing team. You will own the full HR lifecycle — from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, compensation, and compliance — ensuring our people practices scale with the business.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters, including workforce planning, org design, and leadership development.
  • Directly manage and develop the Recruiting and HR Operations teams, setting direction, priorities, and performance goals for both functions.
  • Serve as the senior HR business partner across Transmit Security's key regions: United States, Latin America, Japan, and EMEA, ensuring consistent, locally-compliant people practices across all geographies.
  • Design and execute HR programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent across technical and go-to-market functions.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous growth aligned with Transmit Security's core values.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable structures across regions.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal-setting frameworks, feedback cycles, and career development pathways.
  • Manage employee relations with a fair, consistent, and legally compliant approach.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and department leaders on headcount planning, compliance, and organizational initiatives.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decisions and report on key workforce metrics to leadership.
Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Proven track record in a high-growth B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology company.
  • Experience building and scaling HR functions across multiple geographies, with direct exposure to US, Latin America, Japan, and/or EMEA markets.
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational change and driving culture in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
  • Prior experience partnering with Sales, Engineering, and Product leadership teams.
Skills & Expertise
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices across talent acquisition, L&D, total rewards, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy to company objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using HRIS platforms and workforce analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional employment law (US required; international experience a plus).
  • Ability to operate both strategically and operationally. comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed.

Compensation

The OTE salary range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000. Individual compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, location, and overall business needs. Transmit Security offers a competitive benefits package including equity, health coverage, and flexible work arrangements.
