You will be the subject matter expert on Oracle Eloqua, ensuring our campaigns are personalized, measurable, behaviorally driven, and aligned with business goals. This is a high-visibility COE role with the opportunity to impact global B2B marketing performance across multiple lines of businesses and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing, with significant experience leading customer lifecycle programs. 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Marketing Automation Platform experience in a large, matrixed organization designing and maintaining lifecycle programs. This should include hands-on experience with Eloqua.
  • Proven ability to build and optimize complex, multi-stage marketing automation programs across channels.
  • Experience integrating Eloqua or Marketo with Salesforce and other martech platforms to triangulate the datapoints that drive insight and action.
  • Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, lead scoring, and personalization strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in using marketing automation to support enterprise sales motions and long customer buying cycles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with fluency in marketing metrics, funnel analysis, and reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Domo, Datorama, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Eloqua certifications (e.g., Eloqua Marketing Operations Certified Expert)
  • Experience in financial services, data provider, or technology industries
  • Familiarity with privacy laws and compliance best practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Knowledge of ABM platforms and strategies (e.g., Demandbase, Pathfactory)

What You’ll Gain:

  • The opportunity to shape and scale a global lifecycle marketing function at a trusted Fortune 1000 brand.
  • A collaborative, innovative work environment where your voice is heard.
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including generous paid time off, health and wellness programs, and retirement savings plans.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Own and evolve TransUnion’s global lifecycle marketing strategy, focusing on lead scoring and nurturing, sale acceleration, cross-sell/upsell while expanding into retention and re-engagement. All while leading a team to build, deploy, and optimize.
  • Lead the strategic use of Eloqua, including campaign design, lead scoring strategy, nurture journeys, dynamic content, and integrations with Salesforce and other ABM platforms and content management systems.
  • Partner with Marketing Strategists, Business Partners, Sales Development Reps, Marketing Operations/Martech, and other channel leaders to design targeted, personalized campaigns aligned to key customer segments and verticals.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics, Business Partners, and Strategists to define lifecycle KPIs; develop dashboards to track performance, impact, and ROI.
  • Apply segmentation, predictive analytics, and AI to improve targeting and deliver timely, relevant communications throughout the customer journey.
  • Ensure Eloqua and CRM data integrity, audience hygiene, and compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Manage, mentor, and scale a team of lifecycle marketing and automation specialists across business regions.
  • Support ABM and integrated campaign initiatives with behavioral and lifecycle-triggered campaign support.
