About the Role:

We’re hiring a hands-on marketing operator to drive how AI, data, and systems drive pipeline growth and process efficiency.

You will define how AI is adopted across the marketing team, turning experimentation into repeatable workflows that improve output, speed, and quality. At the same time, you will own the systems, data, and infrastructure behind pipeline generation, ensuring marketing’s impact is measurable, visible, and trusted across the business.

This is a builder role with high visibility. You will work across marketing and RevOps, with direct influence on pipeline performance and how the team operates day to day.

Key Responsibilities:

    Scale AI Across Marketing

    • Design and implement AI-driven workflows that improve campaign execution, content production, and operational efficiency

    • Turn one-off AI experiments into scalable, repeatable systems the team can run independently

    • Measure the impact of AI initiatives on pipeline and team productivity, and scale what works

    • Lead a structured crawl-walk-run adoption model that brings the full team along

    • AI workflows are embedded across the marketing team and tied to measurable efficiency gains

    • See marketing as an impactful player throughout the customer acquisition process and lean in to the ideal prospect journey to create an efficient and effective experience

    Own Demand Infrastructure

    • Own end-to-end funnel performance, identifying and resolving breakdowns before they impact pipeline

    • Ensure data integrity, tracking accuracy, and system reliability across all campaigns

    • Build and maintain consistent reporting across the Marketing team that provide clear, actionable visibility into pipeline performance

    • Partner with Revops to evolve tech stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, ON24, Cvent, Qualified, and Asana

    Align Marketing and Revenue Operations

    • Partner with RevOps to define and standardize lifecycle stages, attribution models, and shared success metrics

    • Ensure marketing’s contribution to pipeline is clearly measured and communicated

    • Handle marketing-specific system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting

    • Stay current on platform capabilities to maximize value from existing tools

Qualifications:

    • 7–10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing operations or demand operations

    • Deep, hands-on experience with marketing tech stack, including Marketo and Salesforce

    • Proven track record improving pipeline performance through systems, data, or automation

    • Experience deploying AI or automation into real marketing workflows with measurable results

    • Strong understanding of demand generation, funnel mechanics, and revenue attribution

    • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically and work across teams including Marketing, BDR, Revenue Operations, and GTM teams

    • Experience applying LLMs to real marketing use cases

    • Strong prompt design skills and ability to structure reusable workflows

    • Clear point of view on build vs buy decisions

    • Experience integrating AI into workflows with appropriate human oversight

    • Familiarity with ON24, Cvent, Qualified, and Asana

    • Applies a curiosity-driven growth mindset to identify opportunities and drive innovation across marketing systems and workflows

Why This Role:

    • Direct impact on pipeline and business performance leveraging your expertise to set the agenda

    • Ownership across AI adoption and demand infrastructure

    • High visibility with leadership and cross-functional teams

    • Opportunity to define how a modern marketing team operates with AI at its core

    • Strong team culture with highly skilled individuals who all strive towards the goal of an innovative and dynamic marketing motion

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
