As the Director, Marketing Operations, you will report directly to the VP of Growth Marketing and play a critical leadership role. You will work closely with our Marketing and Sales leaders to develop key market, strategic and operational insights that will shape the direction of the demand generation team and accelerate our growth. You will work hand-in-hand with our inside sales team to review lead scoring, SLAs, and target conversion rates from inquiry through closed-won business. Where we are not hitting our goals, you will delve into the data to make a recommendation for how we improve the process.

You will:

  • You will fine-tune processes and rules of engagement for how all parts of the business work with marketing operations and ensure those processes are followed and SLAs on requests are met.

  • You will manage the Growth Marketing budget and vendor relationships.

  • You will work closely with sales operations, sales excellence, and demand gen to collaborate, develop strategy and execute on our GTM model.

  • You will have a small team and understanding of where the biggest gaps are so you can strategically build out the team as needed.

About you: 

  • You have experience working on a best-in-class and/or award-winning marketing operations team.

  • You are collaborative and can lead a cross-functional team to drive alignment between marketing, product marketing, inside sales and sales.

  • You have experience building and maintaining strong relationships between marketing, sales, sales ops and IT.

  • You have a deep understanding of current marketing operations and analytics trends as well as how to leverage cutting-edge tools to drive revenue.

  • You have the ability to formulate a clear and detailed picture of our market opportunity and our target customers to directly impact our GTM strategy. 

  • You have experience analyzing marketing and inside sales business performance and be able to use data to influence and drive continuous improvements to the business that accelerates our growth.

  • You have experience building marketing waterfalls, defining SLAs and exit criteria.

  • You are a strong data storyteller.

  • You have a proven track record of project management, process improvement and driving positive results.

  • You have extensive knowledge on the tech stack including Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Drift, and others. 

  • You have 8+ years of marketing operations experience

The approximate annual base compensation range is $167,000 to $261,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
