The Director of Marketing Operations will lead the Marketing Operations function, optimizing systems, processes, and analytics to align marketing with revenue outcomes in a B2B SaaS environment.
CTERA is seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to own and elevate our Marketing Operations function. In this role, you’ll take charge of the systems, processes, and analytics that power our marketing engine. You’ll combine strategic thinking with technical know-how to build scalable programs, optimize performance, and align marketing with revenue outcomes.
- 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Pardot
- A strong analytical mindset with experience building reports and dashboards that drive business insights
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools that enhance marketing automation, targeting, and reporting
- A builder mentality, someone comfortable designing and improving systems, processes, and infrastructure from the ground up
