Lead Lifecycle & Funnel Operations

  • Design and manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including lead capture, routing, scoring, and marketing-to-sales handoff

  • Establish and maintain partner lead-sharing frameworks and workflows

  • Ensure accurate funnel tracking, attribution, and removal of existing customers from inbound pipelines

Marketing Automation & Campaign Operations

  • Oversee the marketing automation team responsible for executing email campaigns, nurture tracks, and lifecycle marketing programs.

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently with proper segmentation, tracking, and performance measurement, partnering closely with demand generation and customer marketing teams.

Reporting, Analytics & Data Insights

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting infrastructure

  • Track key metrics including pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and marketing ROI

  • Deliver actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and executive decision-making

Strategic Systems Projects

  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across the marketing tech ecosystem

  • Manage major projects including platform migrations, integrations, reporting infrastructure, and lead management improvements

  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, partners, and contractors to ensure successful implementation

What You Bring:
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Systems

  • Prior experience leading and developing marketing operations or marketing technology teams

  • Deep expertise in Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation

  • Proven experience building marketing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and attribution models

  • Strong knowledge of lead management, lifecycle marketing, and marketing-to-sales processes

  • Experience managing large cross-functional technical projects

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, partner teams, and external vendors

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize initiatives and drive speed of execution in fast-paced environments

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
