Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Global Alliance Programs Office as a Director of Partner Readiness, you’ll be leading a high performing team to transform CrowdStrike’s go-to-market strategy into a focused journey for CrowdStrike’s ecosystem of Alliance partners. In this role, you will be tasked with designing, building, and orchestrating global sales and technical enablement programs, ensuring our partner community is empowered to act as a force multiplier for our sales, services, and support teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and execute a multi-year partner enablement strategy, focusing on quickly and efficiently scaling our partners sales and technical capabilities while reducing 1:1 touchpoints from CrowdStrike

  • Create a persona based journey by partner type, geo, and role to determine the optimal enablement strategy and touchpoints with CrowdStrike

  • Develop programs, processes, and capabilities to tap into authorized training centers or scale partners, extending CrowdStrike’s reach

  • In partnership with cross-functional teams, lead the charge to develop net-new outcome based sales and technical curriculum, getting hands on where appropriate to help accelerate efforts

  • Design, build, and operationalize global program capabilities, frameworks, and metrics, such as partner readiness, internal capacity, partner lifecycle, and ROI

  • Orchestrate global efforts to deploy internal and external partner enablement capabilities, collateral, coursework, and in-person sessions

  • Lead a global, high performing team, ensuring the needs of each CrowdStrike theater have representation and local support

  • Cultivate successful and trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and our global partner community to solicit feedback on existing programs/processes, working to continuously drive operational efficiencies

  • Continuously advocate for our alliance partners, ensuring ongoing alignment with broader CrowdStrike initiatives

What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years relevant work experience in partner/B2B ecosystem including Channel, Global System Integrators (GSI), Telecommunications (Telco), Distribution, Technical Alliances, or Managed Service Providers (MSP/MSSP)

  • 10+ years experience in program or project management, managing a portfolio of projects with high attention to detail

  • 7+ years designing, building and scaling global partner enablement programs across a variety of channels and vehicles

  • 5+ years as a “lead from the front” global manager, navigating relationship building, delegation, and cultural nuances across time zones

  • Familiarity with different tools for hosting enablement training, including Salesforce and learning & content management systems

  • Strong engagement and conflict resolution skills, building trusting relationships across levels and functions both internally and externally

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or related experience; preference for business and/or marketing

  • Ability to travel both domestic and internationally up to 15%

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
