  • Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure each partnership aligns with Seeq’s business objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate partner fit and potential to maximize industry impact.

🔹 Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership

  • Collaborate with partners to co-develop go-to-market strategies and generate pipeline opportunities.
  • Lead joint sales efforts with Seeq’s global sales team—from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets through strategic collaboration.

🔹 Partner Engagement & Enablement

  • Build and execute partner engagement programs to align business goals and maximize mutual growth.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for strategic partners, championing their success and alignment.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner Operations to deliver seamless partner experiences.
  • Drive internal strategy alignment using partner feedback and insights.

🔹 Performance Metrics & Optimization

  • Define and track key KPIs to evaluate partner performance and program success.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to monitor progress and refine strategy.

🔹 Industry Leadership

  • Represent Seeq at industry events, conferences, and partner summits.
  • Be a thought leader and brand ambassador in the partner community.
Requirements
✅ What You Bring
  • 8+ years in partner management, business development, or enterprise sales
  • Proven success in building and scaling global partner ecosystems
  • Experience working with GSIs and strategy firms (Big 4, Bain, McKinsey, BCG)

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
