Domaine is looking for a Director of Partnerships to lead our technology and ecosystem partnerships globally. You'll own the strategy, growth, and performance of our partner ecosystem across commerce, MarTech, and SaaS, with a primary focus on Shopify, Klaviyo, and our top technology partners. This is a revenue role: you'll be measured on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and on the joint go-to-market motions that make Domaine the agency partners call first. The ideal candidate has spent 5–7 years in commerce or MarTech partnerships, knows how platform and ISV partner teams operate, and can turn relationships into bookings. This role reports to the VP of Global Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner Strategy & Ownership: Own Domaine's technology and ecosystem partner strategy, including partner tiering, investment priorities, and annual plans for Shopify, Klaviyo, and other top partners.
  • Partner-Sourced Revenue: Build and manage a pipeline of partner-sourced opportunities, working with partner sales teams, account managers, and channel leads to generate qualified referrals.
  • Deal Influence: Work alongside Domaine's sales team to bring partners into active pursuits, securing co-sell support, executive alignment, and partner advocacy that improve win rates.
  • Joint Go-to-Market: Design and run joint GTM programs with partners, including co-marketing campaigns, events, joint offerings, and account-mapping initiatives.
  • Joint Business Planning: Lead JBPs and quarterly business reviews with key partners, setting shared targets and tracking progress against them.
  • Partner Program Management: Maintain Domaine's standing in partner programs (tiers, certifications, accreditations, awards) and make sure we get full value from partner benefits and funding.
  • Ecosystem Development: Identify and onboard new ISV and technology partners that strengthen our services offering and open new revenue channels.
  • Internal Enablement: Keep sales, strategy, and delivery teams informed on partner capabilities, programs, and positioning so partners show up in how we sell and deliver.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, pipeline, and program ROI, and use that data to decide where we invest.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Experience: 5–7 years in partnerships, alliances, or channel roles within commerce, MarTech, or SaaS, ideally at a platform, ISV, or agency.
  • Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem; direct experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or comparable platform partner programs is a strong advantage.
  • Revenue Track Record: A proven ability to source and influence revenue through partners, with measurable results against pipeline or bookings targets.
  • Co-Selling Experience: Comfort working deals alongside sales teams and partner account executives, from first referral through close.
  • GTM Execution: Experience building and running joint marketing and go-to-market programs that produced pipeline.
  • Relationship Building: Strong executive presence and the ability to build trust with partner leadership, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding of agency and services business models, partner economics, and how partners make decisions about who to refer.
  • Operational Rigor: Proficiency with CRM and partner tracking, and the discipline to keep attribution clean.
