About Prepared

911 is the backbone of American public safety…but, for too long, the professionals that dedicate their lives to answering our calls have been let down by the technology that serves them. Our mission is to change that.

We aim to ensure that every emergency receives a perfect response; a bold vision requires bold action from our team, working hand-in-hand with the professionals we serve.

Since the public launch of our first public safety product in the fall of 2021, our technology has helped streamline millions of 911 calls in communities around the country. We’ve revolutionized what’s possible in emergency response by applying cutting-edge AI to the most critical challenges facing first responders. Our partners span 49 states and collectively protect more than 90 million people.

Backed by more than $130 million in funding led from investors like General Catalyst, Andreessen Horowitz, and First Round Capital, we're scaling rapidly to become a core component of emergency calls nationwide, driving the future of emergency response toward a safer, more agile system.

At Prepared, you’re not simply part of a team — you’re a key force in a mission that truly matters. Your contributions here will shape the future of emergency services, playing a vital role in creating a safer, more connected world.

You will be instrumental in shaping our product narratives, ensuring successful product launches, enabling internal teams, and driving co-marketing initiatives with partners.

What You’ll Do
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop and refine compelling product narratives that resonate with our target audiences, ensuring consistency across all channels.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation.

  • Sales Enablement: Create and maintain sales tools, including pitch decks, case studies, and training materials, to empower our sales team.

  • Product Feedback Loop: Establish and maintain a feedback loop with Product Management to help inform market and product trends to maximize product-market fit.

  • Partner Marketing: Develop and execute co-marketing programs with strategic partners, enhancing joint value propositions and market reach.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing product and partner marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing and partner marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions.

  • Proven track record of successful product launches and partner marketing initiatives.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present to diverse audiences.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research and competitive analysis

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, as well as influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience in the public safety or emergency services sector is a plus.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.
