Job Description

Shape the Future of Our Product Portfolio

We’re looking for a Director of Product Management & Pricing to develop and drive winning product portfolio and pricing strategies across our Canadian Business.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and collaboration—and who knows how to turn strong ideas into real, adopted business outcomes.

You’ll play a critical role in unlocking growth by strengthening how we build, manage, and price our products, while working closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and R&D.

What You’ll Do

Drive product and pricing strategy

  • Lead the strategic direction of the Canadian product portfolio and pricing architecture, building alignment across the business to ensure product and pricing decisions support sustainable growth, profitability, and customer value.
  • Build and evolve pricing strategies that improve margin, competitiveness, and customer value
  • Establish and monitor portfolio and pricing performance metrics, ensuring strategies deliver measurable improvements in revenue growth, margin performance, market position, and customer value.
  • Translate market insights and business priorities into clear, actionable roadmaps delivering cohesive and unique product solutions to current and future customers

Elevate product management capabilities

  • Strengthen how we manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation to commercialization and optimization
  • Introduce practical product management and pricing disciplines that strengthen decision making and execution while reflecting the realities of our business, customers, and operating environment.
  • Improve how product and pricing decisions are integrated into commercial and business planning

Enable cross-functional success

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical teams to identify and unlock growth opportunities
  • Lead through influence and champion cross functional collaboration —driving alignment, clarity, and momentum across a matrix organization
  • Ensure strategies are not just well-designed, but well understood and embraced

Lead and grow the team

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product and pricing professionals
  • Create a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Experience & Expertise

  • 10+ years in product management, pricing, or related commercial leadership roles
  • Proven track record in:
  • Product portfolio strategy and lifecycle management
  • New product development and commercialization framework (stage gate)
  • Pricing strategy and margin improvement
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Strong business and financial acumen; experience in business case modeling
  • High strategic and critical thinking ability 
  • Strong data, analytical, and planning skills. Able to generate data-driven insights that combine quantitative and qualitative methods into actionable strategies and plans
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills: ability to provide clear and concise insights and recommendations to senior leadership and also articulate high level strategies into actionable team goals.
  • Computer, software, and MS Office skills necessary to support the role
  • Industry experience in building products is an asset
