Join us as the Senior Director of Product Management - Enterprise Systems, and take ownership of inventory management, billing, and building applications on top of the Salesforce platform to help elevate the operational excellence of Realtor.com®.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for critical business platforms, including lead inventory management, billing, data platform with a strong focus on building and optimizing applications on top of the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, business operations, and design) to define product requirements and deliver technical solutions that optimize inventory management and billing processes.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to define long-term strategies for our business platform and ensure alignment with the broader company vision and goals.
  • Drive the prioritization of initiatives and ensure the successful execution of features, including working with engineering teams to implement scalable, efficient solutions using the Salesforce platform.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to identify product pain points and opportunities, and translate these insights into actionable product features that drive operational efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and finance teams, to understand business needs and translate them into technical product features.
  • Provide technical leadership in the design and delivery of the core platform that supports Realtor.com ’s mission, leveraging your deep knowledge of Salesforce’s architecture and tools to build scalable applications that integrate seamlessly within the organization.
  • Ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, with a strong focus on process optimization and automation.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce, guiding the team on best practices for building applications on the Salesforce platform and maximizing the platform’s capabilities for business solutions.
  • Measure success through operational metrics such as process efficiency, product adoption, and user satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong technical background with deep expertise in product management, specifically within SAAS, core platforms like inventory management, billing and data platforms.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, including its modules, and best practices for building applications on the Salesforce platform to support key business functions.
  • Proven experience in developing and optimizing applications built on Salesforce, understanding its capabilities and limitations, and delivering product features that enhance business operations.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable product roadmaps.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to leverage metrics and user insights to drive product direction.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end product life cycles, from concept to delivery.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term product vision.
  • Leadership experience, able to inspire and align teams towards common goals without direct managerial authority.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B/SAAS product management, with relevant experience focused on building applications on the Salesforce platform.
  • 5 + years of management experience.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management best practices.
