The Role:  

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Product Management to lead a product team and drive the development of innovative solutions that align with our company’s mission. In this high-impact role, you will report to the Chief Product Officer and be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver exceptional value to our customers. This role will lead a team of product managers to drive enhancements to our existing user experience as well as develop new growth opportunities to fuel our trajectory. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is detail oriented, organized, excels in cross-functional collaboration, is deeply customer-focused, and has a proven track record of scaling products and building impactful customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.  

What You'll Do:  

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals. Develop and communicate a product roadmap that balances short-term needs with long-term objectives.  

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Managers (individual contributors and team leads) to achieve high performance. Foster a collaborative, customer-centric culture within the team.  

  • Go-to-Market & Execution: Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to drive product launches, ensuring successful adoption and customer satisfaction. Translate market and customer needs into product requirements. Develop monetization strategies for these capabilities in partnership with Revenue Operations. 

  • Customer Insights & Research: Leverage market research, customer feedback, and data analytics to identify trends and inform product decisions. Drive continuous improvement by measuring product performance and iterating based on results.  

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, progress, and challenges to executive leadership and other stakeholders. Build alignment and buy-in across departments.  

  • Metrics & Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, customer satisfaction, and market impact. Use data to inform product enhancements and prioritize new features.  

  • Innovation & Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and a competitive landscape to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities for growth. Elevate the organization’s understanding of market needs.  

What You'll Bring:   

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product teams. Of these 7 years of experience, 3-5 years of experience leading a product management team required. Consistent track record of leading all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. 

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in HealthTech, healthcare, or highly regulated environments is highly desirable. Expertise in enhancing customer experience and managing growth initiatives is preferred. 

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and scaling product teams at various levels. Experience building strong cross functional relationships to drive results.  

  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of software development processes, SaaS, APIs, and agile methodologies. Ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver complex projects. Engineering experience and background preferred. 

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset to prioritize product initiatives and evaluate success.  

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders globally. Ability to influence at a 360 level. 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA, MS, or equivalent experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation Range: $209K - $220K
