About the Role:

We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to own and lead Next-Gen SIEM (security event and incident management) across all of our marketing functions (PMM, demand, AR, PR, digital). This role requires deep domain knowledge and understanding of the SIEM space and security operations. You will be responsible for defining strategy, goals, priorities, and reporting weekly KPIs that drive impact across the business.

Specifically, you will spearhead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM. This strategic role involves leading a team of product and technical marketers, and collaborating with leaders across the company to drive exceptional positioning and growth in highly competitive markets.To be successful, you need to have a comprehensive understanding of multiple domains across cybersecurity as well as strong knowledge of SIEM products and related technologies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Category Disruption: Help us define how we will evolve and dominate the SIEM market.

  • Positioning: Develop sharp, bold, and differentiated messaging leveraging customer stories and product capabilities.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and elevate a team of skilled marketers to create compelling messaging, content, and sales tools.

  • Business Growth: Drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline for CrowdStrike NG-SIEM and related products (including SOAR, data pipelines, etc.).

  • Product Launch: Plan and launch new offerings, capabilities, and releases, managing cross-functional implementation.

  • Content Strategy: Lead a team to develop fresh content, including collateral, thought leadership assets, content, videos, blogs, and more.

  • Web Strategy: Own and deliver our web strategy as it pertains to all things NG-SIEM. 

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales and alliances teams to ensure value proposition, assets, training, support structures, and incentive plans are in place.

  • Market and Competitive Intelligence: Be the expert on target buyers, market trends, and competitive offerings, using this knowledge to drive differentiation and influence planning.

  • Strategic Planning: Engage with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute go-to-market strategies that drive measurable results.

  • Executive Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term marketing strategies and product positioning.

What You'll Need:

  • 12-15+ years of experience in security software, PMM, technical PMM, PM, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and/or B2B SaaS.

  • Proven track record in leading teams of Sr. Mgrs and individual contributors.

  • Deep domain expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Log Management, and Security Data Management

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing 

  • Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact across teams and partners

  • Highly proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Passionate about cybersecurity and delivers with a high level of intensity under pressure

  • Strong cross-team collaboration skills and comfort with high-visibility initiatives.

  • Ability to create clear, compelling messages and willingness to create external assets or internal deliverables.

  • Strong presentation skills to educate and inspire small and large audiences.

  • Experience and ability to leverage AI to drive efficiencies across product marketing teams

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $170,000 - $260,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
