We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing for Partnerships and Industry Verticals with ability to translate the combined value of JFrog and our partners into compelling business outcomes. You will be responsible for helping execute the GTM strategy for the JFrog Cloud, Channel, and Technology partnerships as well as Industry Verticals.

As a Director of Product Marketing, Partnerships and Industries in JFrog you will...

  • Work closely with Business Development, Product Management, and Sales to understand partner-driven technical capabilities and translate them into joint business benefits and quantifiable value for customers.
  • Create partner-facing and customer-facing assets and collateral to highlight the benefits of JFrog solutions through partners, including joint solution briefs, partner sales playbooks, channel enablement decks, customer case studies, and marketplace content.
  • Drive partner enablement programs by developing training and positioning content for partner sales teams and internal JFrog teams to articulate the value of our ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain competitive positioning for partner solutions vs. competitors and ensure the global field organization is prepared to address joint competitive objections.
  • Own the Cloud Alliance narrative, ensuring JFrog's cloud provider partnerships are positioned effectively across all content, and driving partner success in cloud marketplaces.
  • Define and execute the specific PMM plan for key industry verticals (e.g., PubSec, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing) by leveraging strategic partnerships to tell a relevant, tailored solution story.
  • Bring your humor and perspective to a team of great people who really care.
To be a Director of Product Marketing, Partnerships and Industries in JFrog you need...
  • 8+ years of product marketing, strategic alliances, consulting, or similar field, with 5+ years in team management.
  • 3+ years of specific experience in Partner, Cloud, or Ecosystem Product Marketing preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the software lifecycle, DevOps, or cloud-native technologies preferred.
  • Proven track-record of successful interaction with Cloud Hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), Channel Partners, Technology Partners, and internal cross-functional organizations (Sales, Business Development).
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
  • Willing to travel ~10%.
  • Bay Area, Seattle and Atlanta candidates greatly preferred.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
