The Role 

We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Marketing to lead a team focused on products that simplify the complexity of working with insurance for our customers and improve their billing and payment processing capabilities. This leader will oversee a team of product marketers, driving strategy and execution from early product conception through launch and growth. The ideal candidate brings deep product marketing expertise, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to influence product strategy and commercialization. Experience in healthcare, insurance, and / or payments is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product marketers embedded with product managers and engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Define and drive go-to-market strategies including positioning, messaging, pricing, segmentation, and monetization models.
  • Partner with product and commercial leaders to shape product strategy, ensuring market viability and customer impact.
  • Build robust business cases and financial models to support product investment decisions and growth strategies.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to multiple audiences.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to enable successful product adoption and growth.
  • Serve as the voice of the market and customer, ensuring products meet real-world needs and deliver measurable business value.
Desired skills and experience
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success building and executing go-to-market strategies for complex products.
  • Strong business and financial acumen—experience with modeling, P&L impact, and business case development required.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for simplifying complexity and telling compelling product stories.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries preferred but not required.
Base Compensation Range

$187,000 - $233,000 annually

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
