Job Description

As Redica grows its solutions and enters new markets, we’re seeking a creative, self-directed, and strategic Director of Product Marketing to define and scale how we articulate the value of our products and solutions—both internally and externally.

This pivotal role reports to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and will work directly with the CEO, CPO, and the senior leadership team. You will own the creation of customer-facing narratives, solution presentations, new solution proposals, and go-to-market messaging that help customers and prospects deeply understand our capabilities and how we add value. You’ll bridge Commercial, Product, and Engineering to craft compelling stories that win business, improve product-market fit, and accelerate Redica’s next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Strategic Product Messaging and Communication
  • Lead development of customer-facing product materials, including solution overviews, RFP responses, pitch decks, and one-pagers.
  • Translate complex data, workflows, and solution architectures into clear, visually engaging deliverables.
  • Create high-level “marketecture” visualizations for our platform, data products, and various partner integrations (e.g., Veeva, IQVIA).
  • Develop narratives and presentation artifacts in collaboration with CPO, CEO, Forward Deployed team, and engineering leads.

Drive Go-To-Market and Solution Launch Readiness

  • Create and manage go-to-market messaging for product launches, new releases and enhancements.
  • Ensure internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Forward Deployed) are equipped with clear, compelling messaging that aligns with customer problems and product value.
  • Partner closely with leadership to ensure release-readiness and customer-facing clarity.

Contribute to Product and UI/UX Definition

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create lightweight mocks, journey flows, and user-facing screens to support product presentations and proposals.
  • Help craft customer and user personas to align UI/UX, Product and Commercial team focus and value-drivers.
  • Support the development of visuals for workflows, reporting, tasks, and user experiences to bring new features to life.

Bridge Strategy and Execution

  • Work closely with customers, partners, and Forward Deployed team members to gather insights, define needs, and co-create product messaging and presentation materials.
  • Ensure customer-facing content contributes directly to roadmap clarity and aligns with Redica’s longer-term product strategy.

About You

You are a thoughtful communicator and systems thinker who thrives in high-ambiguity, high-impact environments. You’re comfortable turning a whiteboard sketch into an executive-ready deliverable. You enjoy both strategy and execution, and you don’t wait for perfect direction before starting to deliver value.

Core Competencies

  • Business Insight: Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate product-market fit, business value, and regulatory context.
  • Manages Complexity: Able to quickly ramp up on technical, scientific, or regulatory content and distill it into clear messaging.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with data, analytics, and B2B SaaS software in regulated environments.
  • Decision Quality: Operates with independence, quickly assessing trade-offs and iterating with limited input.
  • Collaborative Influence: Strong communication and interpersonal skills—able to synthesize input across engineering, product, commercial, and executive teams.
  • Engaged: You share our values and possess the essential competencies needed to thrive at Redica, as outlined here: https://redica.com/about-us/careers/.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of combined experience in product marketing, solution consulting, and/or growth-centric product management roles in B2B, AI, Data, SaaS environments.
  • 2+ years as a Director / Manager of Product Marketing is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in creating executive-level product content: decks, proposals, one-pagers, and conceptual UI designs.
  • Experience working in complex, regulated domains is highly preferred.
  • Excellent visual and written communication skills; mastery of storytelling through PowerPoint and visual tools like Figma, Miro, or Illustrator.
  • Ability to operate independently and deliver results in fast-paced, results-oriented, highly collaborative settings.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Backgrounds in business, technology, engineering, life sciences, or design are welcome. Advanced degrees (MBA, MPH, etc.) are a plus.
