You will drive the positioning and communication of our cloud-native Clinical Communication and Collaboration (CC&C) solutions, including our clinical communication platform, scheduling, alarm management, and patient engagement.

The Director of Product Marketing role is crucial to positioning TigerConnect’s commitment to enhancing patient, operational, and financial outcomes across a rapidly expanding portfolio and release cadence, covering all aspects from initial engagement to ongoing support. You will craft compelling narratives that address customer pain points and highlight our solutions' unique workflow-first ROI benefits, establishing TigerConnect as a leader in clinical communication and workflow innovations. Your expertise will make you the go-to authority on market trends, competitive dynamics, and best practices in clinical communication and collaboration solutions and strategies.

To be effective in this role, the Director of Product Marketing will possess the personal drive and enthusiasm to navigate a growing company in a complex healthcare marketplace. If you are known for bold, customer-centric innovation that leads to significant business results, we invite you to join our team! This is an incredible opportunity to drive one of TigerConnect’s top priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your mission will be to drive a cohesive strategy for TigerConnect’s GTM positioning with healthcare IT, operational, financial, and clinical audiences from practitioner levels to the C-suite. You will be responsible for overall product marketing direction and driving competitive distinction in the market. You will ultimately build and manage a high-performing team of product marketers, responsible for:

Portfolio Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy for TigerConnect’s entire product portfolio, aligning with the company's overall business objectives

  • Define and communicate the value proposition of each product and its role in the broader platform ecosystem

  • Influence the roadmap based on customer, market, and competitive insights; partner with Product Management to develop public-facing messaging on vision and roadmap

  • Collaborate with Brand and Communications teams to translate product-centric value propositions into corporate and segment-based messaging

  • Understand market trends, buyer requirements, buying behavior, and the partner ecosystem to identify market opportunities and customer demand for TigerConnect’s products

  • Provide input on product priorities and goals to Product Management

Release Marketing:

  • Own release marketing from end to end—architecting a streamlined process, developing a strategy, and executing product launches and product-focused events to maximize market impact and adoption, analyzing launch performance for improvement opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand new features and updates, translating functional and technical value propositions into compelling marketing messages

  • Manage the relationship with GTM Enablement, ensuring all go-to-market teams can confidently sell and support our products

  • Oversee the release marketing budget

  • Lead the development of enablement content and strategy, including case studies, videos, solution briefs, web content, presentations, data sheets, whitepapers, and sales playbooks for the GTM team

Go-to-Market Strategy for New Products:

  • Own the GTM strategy for new product lines, including ideal customer profiles, personas, buyer journey, messaging & positioning, use cases, competitive intelligence, win/loss reporting, and launch strategy

  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, and Product on pricing strategy

  • Lead TigerConnect’s analyst relations strategy, nurturing relationships with key industry thought leaders, influencers, and strategic customers to enhance market awareness of TigerConnect

  • Gather competitive intelligence on key competitors and develop differentiation materials for the field and external consumption

Full-Funnel Marketing:

  • Support full-funnel marketing initiatives as a subject matter expert for product lines, from awareness and acquisition to retention and advocacy

  • Collaborate with demand generation, campaigns, brand, and partner marketing teams on initiatives and assets to drive revenue and adoption for our product lines

What You Bring:

  • 10-15 years in Enterprise B2B SaaS Product Marketing within the healthcare industry

  • 8+ years of progressive team management experience, emphasizing leadership and cross-functional stakeholder engagement

  • Growth-focused, with a business outcomes mindset—experience leading product, partner, and customer marketing within a consultative/solution-selling model

  • Exceptional execution and prioritization skills, able to manage complex projects and deliver on key milestones while driving results across organizational boundaries

  • Passion for engaging with customers—expert in market intelligence, with occasional travel to events and customers’ offices

  • Data-driven insights and analytic skills—ability to make optimization decisions based on business, product, and customer data analysis

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technology concepts in simple, intuitive terms

Perks & Benefits We Offer:

  • Enjoy remote flexibility with teams across the US and globally - plus prime office space in Santa Monica, California

  • Excellent Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for you and your family plus a 401k match

  • Focus on your well-being through our wellness reimbursement program and company-wide wellness days (extra days off to rest and recharge)
