A product and business expert in incentives and loyalty is needed to define and manage the creation and day-to-day management of related offerings for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPGs). These offerings should improve our market position and integrate with our existing product suite.

Strategic 30%

  • Represents the business unit’s interests in terms of product in business discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for gaining voice of customer (qualitative and quantitative) on product innovation/client needs from existing and prospect clients/target market and communicating insights to Product & Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
  • Defines in partnership with Marketing TAM/SAM and quantitative value proposition (QVP) for all CPG Incentives solutions.
  • Defines and executes commercialization strategy in terms of client segmentation and pricing.
  • Engages with 3rd parties to evaluate new and next commercial agreements.
  • Contributor and leader in business and product planning quarterly and annually.

Execution 50%

  • Leads new product (or improvements) prioritization and rollout/set-up in Oracle/Salesforce.
  • Supports CPG Sales teams in positioning product strategically as well as equipping them to answer anticipated technical questions for product changes / new features
  • Seeks internal feedback on improvement opportunities to improve Inmar efficiencies
  • Monitors pilots and post-launch quantitative KPIs and client feedback to provide transparency about the success of the solution. Communicates risks and opportunities to necessary parties.
  • Identifies and executes packaging enhancements that increase logo acquisition and subscription revenue.
  • Supports Sales on key customer interactions on behalf of the business unit acting as a business and product expert to ensure the highest level of precision in solving customer needs and positioning our offering to win. As needed involves key product and technical leaders. 
  • Develops and maintains product pricing strategy in collaboration with Finance.
  • Represents the business in financial budgeting process

Influence 20%

  • Influences product roadmap specifically related to new and next initiatives that drive the Incentives and Loyalty business unit.
  • Influences CPG logo acquisition and DSA renewals by leading business and product discussions with current and prospective brands.
  • Influences Product Team by bringing solution insights that may be built into products that contribute to revenue growth.
