Strategic Initiative Leadership

  • Partner with executive leadership to operationalize enterprise priorities
  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives with clear accountability

  • Proven delivery of large-scale, complex enterprise implementations
  • Experience designing, building, or significantly maturing PMO strategy and governance models
  • Portfolio prioritization and capacity planning experience
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously
  • Healthcare industry experience required, ideally within payer environments, value-based care models, or digital health platforms serving enterprise clients

Preferred

  • Digital health ecosystem experience
