We are seeking a highly effective, results-driven Director of Revenue Accounting to lead global revenue operations at Kaseya. This role requires deep expertise in ASC 606, combined with strong leadership, operational execution, and cross-functional partnership in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
This leader will own the end-to-end revenue accounting function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability, while driving continuous improvement across processes, systems, and team performance.
- Lead the monthly global revenue close process in accordance with ASC 606 and SOX controls
- Ensure all revenue results are complete, accurate, and delivered on time in line with close deadlines
- Own all aspects of global revenue recognition accounting, including complex arrangements
- Maintain a disciplined close process and minimize risk across reporting periods
- Partner with external auditors to ensure clean interim and year-end audits
- Lead and enhance the contract review process
- Evaluate non-standard terms and their revenue impact
- Partner with Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk on revenue implications
- Enhance analytical review procedures across revenue, AR, and contract balances
- Ensure accuracy through strong validation processes
- Own and enforce SOX internal controls globally
- Partner with FP&A on forecasting
- Bridge ARR to GAAP revenue and explain variances
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales Ops, Legal, and Systems teams
- Lead and develop a team of 6 revenue accounting professionals
- Build a high-performance, team-first culture
- Scale the team with business growth
- Drive process improvements and scalability
- Support quote-to-cash systems
- Leverage automation and AI for efficiency
- 10–15+ years in revenue or technical accounting with ASC 606 expertise
- Experience leading global revenue close in SaaS/tech
- Strong SOX and internal controls knowledge
- FP&A partnership experience
- Proven leadership and execution mindset
- Experience with quote-to-cash systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Zuora)
- Strong communication skills
- Accurate and on-time close
- Clean audits with no material adjustments
- Clear ARR to revenue visibility
- Scalable processes
- High-performing team
compensation range: $165K - $195K Base
