  • Optimize Compensation Strategy: Contribute to the design and implementation of effective sales compensation plans that directly align with global revenue targets, ensuring accurate and timely payouts that motivate high performance.

  • Champion Scalability and Efficiency: Drive the adoption of system and process enhancements, playing a key role in building a scalable and efficient revenue engine for continued growth.

  • Contribute to Global Impact: Actively participate in and support global Revenue Operations initiatives, collaborating with colleagues across the organization to drive consistent best practices.

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Proven Leadership in SaaS: Extensive experience in sales, strategy, and operations within a dynamic, global SaaS environment, demonstrating a track record of driving significant improvements.

  • Strategic and Analytical Powerhouse: Exceptional analytical skills and a highly structured, data-driven approach to dissecting complex business challenges and developing innovative solutions.

  • Adaptability and Resilience: A high degree of adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, demonstrating agility and a proactive approach to change.

  • Technical Proficiency: Deep working knowledge of Salesforce and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau), as well as experience with compensation management tools (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Spiff). Familiarity with related third-party applications is essential.

  • Exceptional Communication and Influence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a demonstrated ability to actively listen, understand diverse needs, and build consensus across teams.

  • Results-oriented Executor: A strong track record of consistently driving goals to successful completion, demonstrating a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.

  • Unwavering Accountability: A deep sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality results that positively impact the business.

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in a high-growth Internet/software company.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent executive-level experience.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
