Doodle Labs is a fast-growing technology company building high-performance wireless communications for the drone and unmanned systems ecosystem. We partner directly with leading drone OEMs and platform innovators to enable reliable, high-bandwidth connectivity across airborne and mobile robotic systems. 

About the Role 

The Director of Sales is a senior individual contributor and primary revenue driver at Doodle Labs. This role owns pursuit, landing, and expansion of priority, high-value drone OEM accounts, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition and system-level integration. You will manage these accounts end-to-end and be accountable for material revenue growth. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Hunt and win target drone OEM accounts; drive new system integrations 
  • Own priority/high-value accounts across the full customer lifecycle 
  • Lead account strategy, executive relationships, and commercial negotiations 
  • Drive opportunities from first engagement through integration, production, and scale 
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering on technical evaluations and system design-ins 
  • Build and maintain a high-quality, forecastable pipeline 
  • Act as the commercial owner for complex, multi-stakeholder deals 

    What Success Looks Like 

    • New OEM wins and successful radio integrations into drone platforms 
    • Meaningful revenue contribution from priority accounts 
    • Expansion into additional programs, variants, or platforms within accounts 
    • Trusted, strategic relationships at executive and engineering levels 

      Who You Are 

      • 7–10 years of B2B hardware sales experience in the drone/UAS industry 
      • Proven sales hunter with a track record of closing complex OEM deals 
      • Deep familiarity with direct sales to drone manufacturers (OEM-focused) 
      • Comfortable owning large, technical deals end-to-end 
      • RF or wireless experience is a plus, not required

        • Location: U.S. Remote 
        • Travel: ~30% 
        • Reporting: VP, Global Sales 
        • Compensation: Competitive base + commission
