The Director, SI Strategic Alliances (EMEA) will lead a focused effort building strategic partnerships (GTM & Delivery) with System Integrator (both GSIs and RSIs). You will work to ensure proper alignment and lead strategic recruiting of system integrators, GTM business development planning, and work closely with the global field team to as they pursue joint opportunities with key System Integrators.  In addition, you will leverage your business background and technology perspective to create and scale high-growth, profitable, differentiated, and capable relationships focused on the Vistex Margin Optimization Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of our System Integrator’s Go To Market (GTM) and delivery operations.
  • Support Geo-based sales teams by developing specific plans and opportunities in all major markets that these partners support.
  • Develop key Executive Alliance and SME relationships towards a deep understanding of priorities, success measures, and planning / operating cycles to create, anticipate and execute new joint growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute joint account and partner sales plans with quarterly/ monthly reviews to focus on priorities, follow up on critical business. advances, and follow through on goals and commitments while cycling key learnings quickly to drive excellence and continuous improvement.
  • With the broader team, achieve pipeline, subscription revenue, and successful delivery goals for the key System Integrator partnerships.
  • Align and collaborate with key functions, teams, and individuals within Vistex and System Integrator partners to enable productive teamwork and successful execution of key initiatives.
  • Serve as a senior member of the Ecosystem team, equally influencing the Vistex and System Integrator’s strategy and execution.
  • Identify, manage and if necessary raise appropriate access to possible risks and issues.
  • Understand, personally utilize, and drive adoption of appropriate internal systems and tools to effectively track, analyze and communicate progress
  • Work effectively and deliver high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better. Preferred Masters or better. Experience Required Fluent in both German and English Experience of sales, business development, and strategic partnerships within the technology industry. Extensive experience working with System Integrator's Strong understanding and background on how to package, productize use cases to allow SPs to quickly adapt, bring to market, and monetize Vistex’s market-ready cloud solutions. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations at senior levels. Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skills. Critical skills for success include a keen sense of ownership, drive, and grit while executing with executive presence, strategic purpose, and a deep sense of urgency. High growth, can-do mindset driven through continuous execution of a strategic framework. Be self-confident, but with ego well in check.
