The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$149,000.00 - $267,600.00

In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between customer needs and world-class execution, designing bespoke, profitable, and scalable global networks that drive customer loyalty and business growth.

The Role: Strategic Solutions & Collaborative Leadership

As our lead logistics strategist, you will ensure our capabilities are a core differentiator in the marketplace. Your mission includes:

  • Collaborative Engagement: Align with stakeholders to decode complex requirements and latent pain points, translating them into solutions across the entire SRV value chain.

  • Strategic Architecture: Engineer high-performance global logistics models that minimize Total Landed Cost and working capital without compromising service.

  • Commercial Advocacy: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the sales cycle, delivering data-driven presentations to quantify benefits like cost reduction, lead-time efficiency, and margin expansion.

  • Execution & Onboarding: Take full accountability for the logistics-specific execution of the onboarding lifecycle, partnering with Program Management to anchor the physical supply chain setup.

  • Digital Innovation: Identify and implement cutting-edge tools, including Track and Trace Visibility, TMS, and advanced network modeling software.

Who You Are

You are a proactive problem-solver who maintains objectivity under pressure. You possess the "Leadership Competencies" required to influence C-suite stakeholders and negotiate complex solutions.

Your Professional Pedigree:

  • Experience: 10+ years in complex logistics with working knowledge of Trade Compliance (or a Master’s degree + 5 years of experience).

  • Technical Edge: Advanced skills in supply chain network modeling software and data analytics to drive strategic business cases.

  • Customer-Centric: Proven experience in customer-facing roles is a must.

  • Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
