Duetto's partner ecosystem is a serious growth engine — and this role is the person who makes it perform. As Director of Strategic Partnerships, you'll own the commercial outcomes of our global integration partner portfolio: driving partner-sourced pipeline, building the programs and processes that make partnerships scalable, and converting partner relationships into hotel acquisitions and ARR. This is an execution-first role with real strategic scope, reporting directly to the VP of Global Partnerships and Alliances.

What Makes Us Different?

Duetto is the hospitality industry's leading revenue management platform, founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives who knew the industry needed better technology. We built the world's first Revenue & Profit Operating System — a suite of tools (GameChanger, ScoreBoard, BlockBuster, Advance and more) that goes beyond room pricing to give hotels, resorts and casinos a complete picture of their revenue and profitability. Trusted by clients ranging from independent boutique hotels to global chains, we've been named the #1 Revenue Management Software by HotelTechAwards four years running and the #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, we're accelerating our investment in AI — and we're genuinely passionate about the industry we serve. We build products we're proud of, for customers we care about.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll own the day-to-day commercial performance of Duetto's global integration partner portfolio — executing the partner strategy set by the VP and driving hotel acquisition, co-sell pipeline, and partner-sourced ARR through co-sell, co-innovation, and referral motions across key partners worldwide.
  • You'll build and run joint account planning and hotel activation programmes that convert partner customer bases into active Duetto customers, coordinating with regional Sales teams through to close.
  • You'll create and operationalise Duetto's integrated partner programme — tiers, incentives, certification processes, and enablement standards — ensuring consistent delivery and partner satisfaction across the portfolio at scale.
  • You'll establish repeatable, data-driven partner engagement models: standardising QBR formats, health scoring, and pipeline attribution to give clear visibility across the partner portfolio, with full Salesforce fluency to evidence it.
  • You'll collaborate on building a globally distributed team of partner managers across EMEA, North America, and APAC — setting KPIs, managing performance, and building a results-oriented culture aligned to company OKRs.
  • You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to embed partnership motions into the broader GTM — translating external partner priorities into internal roadmap requirements and ensuring partner-sourced pipeline is tracked and converted.

What We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in technology partnerships, with a demonstrable track record of building and executing commercial partner programmes — including programme architecture, enablement, and measurable pipeline and revenue contribution
  • 3+ years operating in a global environment with clear accountability structures and strong performance outcomes
  • Proven ability to drive partner-sourced pipeline that directly contributes to company revenue, with the reporting discipline and CRM fluency to evidence it
  • Experience running an integrated partner or marketplace programme at scale, including cross-functional coordination with product, sales, and support
  • Strong commercial acumen — you can translate integration partner relationships into co-sell pipeline, referral revenue, and hotel acquisition outcomes
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management, attribution, and partner reporting

Strong candidates may also have:

  • Experience in the hospitality technology ecosystem — PMS, RMS, CRS, and data platforms
  • Deep knowledge of how hospitality technology partners buy, sell, and integrate
  • Experience operating at a strategic level with global scope and high impact on business outcomes

Why Duetto?

  • Partnerships are a first-class growth channel here. This isn't a relationship management role dressed up as a Director title — you'll own commercial outcomes, build programmes from the ground up, and have clear accountability to revenue and hotel acquisition targets.
  • Global scope from day one. You'll be working across EMEA, North America, and APAC with a partner ecosystem that spans 80+ integrations and some of the most important names in hospitality technology.
  • AI is how we work. Duetto is an AI-first organisation — every function, including partnerships, operates with AI tooling built into the workflow. You'll have the tools to work faster and smarter than anywhere else you've been.
  • A category-defining product to sell around. The Revenue & Profit Operating System is genuinely differentiated — partners want to be in the ecosystem, which makes your job more about activation than evangelism.
  • Real growth trajectory. Reporting to the VP of Global Partnerships and Alliances with a remit that spans programme design, team building, and revenue accountability — the path upward is clear.

The Details

  • Location: Spain, United Kingdom, Singapore (Remote)
  • Department: Sales
  • Reports to: Vice President, Global Partnerships and Alliances

Duetto is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

Sound like you?

You don't need to have done everything on this list. If you're a commercially minded partnerships leader who's energised by building programmes that actually move revenue — and you want to do it in an industry and company you can be proud of — we'd love to hear from you.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
