About Salesforce

We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Director/Senior Director of Growth Marketing to spearhead our new logo acquisition efforts. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving our growth trajectory by using the power of our product to attract, engage, and convert users. You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate closely with product and engineering, and champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. If you are passionate about building exceptional user experiences and scaling SaaS products through product-led strategies, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth Leadership:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive product-led growth strategy, focusing on the entire customer journey from discovery and awareness, to acquisition and monetization.

    • Identify and capitalize on emerging growth opportunities, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.

    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and drive data-informed decisions.

  • Product-Centric Acquisition & Engagement:

    • Improve the user experience for seamless self-service adoption and use, focusing on frictionless onboarding and value realization.

    • Collaborate with product teams to influence the product roadmap, ensuring features and enhancements support acquisition and engagement goals.

    • Design and implement in-app experiences and personalized recommendations that influence conversions and enhance user engagement.

    • Implement and improve freemium and free trial strategies.

  • Data-Driven Experimentation & Optimization:

    • Lead an experimentation program, designing and executing A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates and user experience.

    • Analyze experiment results, extract actionable insights, and iterate on strategies to maximize impact.

    • Utilize advanced analytics tools to understand user behavior, identify growth levers, and optimize the customer journey.

    • Refine marketing spend based on KPI analysis, and increase marketing ROI.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership:

    • Foster strong partnerships with product management, engineering, sales, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive shared success.

    • Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

    • Champion product-led growth best practices throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in product-led growth, performance marketing, or related leadership roles

  • Proven track record of driving product-led growth strategies for a SaaS or technology company

  • Strong understanding of product management principles, lifecycle management, and user experience design

  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to improve performance and make informed decisions

  • Experience managing and optimizing growth funnels, including customer acquisition, activation, and retention in hybrid sales models.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing cross-functional growth teams

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify innovative growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present strategies and results to stakeholders
