DMS Data Engineer

The Specialty Business Manager drives dermatology product demand through clinical selling, HCP education, account management, patient access support, and local marketing execution. Responsibilities include building relationships with dermatologists and healthcare stakeholders, delivering clinical and business presentations, coordinating medical education programs, managing territory resources, achieving sales goals, and complying with Takeda policies. The role requires travel to customer accounts and occasional business meetings, including possible overnight travel of up to 25–50%.

Leads a team of data scientists developing analytics strategy for consumer banking onboarding and engagement marketing. Designs customer behavior analyses, A/B and incrementality tests, reusable data products, curated datasets, context libraries, and AI agents. Presents recommendations to senior stakeholders and partners with Data & Analytics, Finance, and Marketing leaders. The role combines people leadership with hands-on statistical analysis, SQL, programming, experimentation, and AI-enabled analytics.

Manage and grow a portfolio of 70–90 small-business clients by providing customized banking, deposit, cash management, lending, and financial advice solutions. Acquire new clients, build long-term relationships, conduct in-person client and prospect meetings, identify cross-business opportunities, manage credit and portfolio risk, follow regulatory requirements, and collaborate with internal specialists to address clients’ broader financial needs.
