The DPMS Account Manager manages customer accounts, builds relationships, generates sales through upselling, and ensures customer needs are met efficiently.

The Role
The Account Manager DPMS position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of current Carestream Dental customers and will build long term relationships with the customers. This role will be the first point of contact for current customers and will generate sales within the accounts by upselling and cross-selling software solutions. Customer longevity is key while ensuring customer needs are met quickly to enhance the customer experience. Successful execution includes achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets.
The Responsibilities
- Generate sales within customer accounts by upselling and cross-selling solutions
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Communicate customer needs by collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience
- Ensure customers receive products and services timely by collaborating with other departments
- Forecast and track customer account metrics
- Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts
- Service multiple customer accounts and meet deadlines
- Quickly and consistently document customer notes in CRM
Candidate qualifications:
- High school diploma, college degree preferred
- At least 3 years sales or account management experience, preferably selling solutions-based software or related products with a consistent track record of success of adding value and drive revenue
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent written, oral communication and strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence desired results
- Stays informed on industry topics and shares thought leadership with our clients and internal teams
- Expertise on all software/cloud and eServices
- Strong willingness to champion change management, learn new sales techniques, processes and technology
This position is remote.
Work schedule is 8AM - 5PM, depending on geography and territory assigned.
Salary: $45,000
