Stoneridge Software is looking for a Senior Consultant to lead implementation efforts for Finance in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). As part of a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for business process and application design, mapping to client business requirements, ensuring solutions align with business goals within finance. The core part of our team’s mission is to help our clients win. This role will require in-depth D365 Finance and implementation experience as well as someone who is passionate about continuing to learn and grow while helping others be successful. From gathering requirements through guiding our clients through best practices, you will play a key part of our mission to ensure our clients’ success. 

A Day in the Life

    • Design the finance solution and perform setup for the client's including business processes, system configuration, customization, and integration with third party applications 

    • Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of process design, software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs 

    • Serve as a contributor within our implementation delivery team to develop a solution proposal and execution plan that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer term needs 

    • Provide leadership and technical guidance in finance and proactively identifies risks and mitigation plans within respective functional area  

    • Maintain knowledge of third-party software vendors to leverage complementary offerings and effectively compare solutions.  

    • Communicate complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills 

    • Perform demonstrations of D365 Finance to clients as part of project execution as part of our proof of concept, Joint Process Design methodology 

    • Leverage knowledge and experience to find and encourage win-win solutions with team members and clients 

    • Organize tasks and projects efficiently and set clear goals to ensure timely completion 

    • Make effective decisions and recommendations for Stoneridge Software and our clients’ best interests 

    • Deliver high-quality work within established deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail 

    • Prioritize self-development by attending training or self-learning to enhance skills and expertise 

    • Instill trust through honesty, integrity, and respect, modeling the organization’s values and vision 

Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technologyor related field, or equivalent work experience 

    • 5-8+ years of consulting experience 

    • 3+ Years leading D365 F&O implementations 

    • At least 2 full life cycle D365 F&O implementations with Finance 

    • Experience working within the following D365 F&O modules: AR, AP, collections, GL, fixed assets 

    • Experience with SK Soft 

    • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes 

    • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English

    Work Location: This position is available remotely in the United States.
     
    Travel Required:  Incumbent is expected to travel across the United States and Canada for industry events and, as needed, for onsite client, project, delivery, or in‑person collaboration at company office locations in Fargo, ND and Minneapolis, MN. Travel is expected to be up to 25% of the role.

Compensation

    Our philosophy is to provide compensation that is Competitive, Equitable, and Driven by Performance.  Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.
     
    US (USD): $130,500-$164,500
