The eCatMan L ead will be r esponsible for developing eCategory management at KHC. This role will d evelop capabilities, playbooks, and tools that enable advisors to leverage data and insights to deliver eCom category strategy with customers that will enable both category and KHC financial growth goals. This role will act as the trusted Digital expert, influencing digital shelf fundamentals, search, and online merchandising to drive holistic category strategy across digital touchpoints.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$137,400.00 - $171,700.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

- Holistically own and define what eCategory management means for KHC: Develop the insights, strategy, roadmap, and approach for KHC to unlock category value and holistic captaincy across top retailers
- Integrate into shopper insights roadmap and build findings + cross-retailer data to inform best practices and opportunities to grow the category across retailers
- Identify omni-integration opportunities into existing reports and routines; be the key digital advocate for the category strategy team, and lead the future of retail, defining digital evolution while delivering today
- Create insights & capabilities around eshelving /taxonomy, attributes, tentpole merchandising/pinning, visual nav, substitutions, variation strategies, paid/organic search standards, macro site planning
- Develop playbooks and leading training, embedding, and change management of capabilities and tools across field catman and eCatman Sr. Managers
Expected Experience & Required Skills
- Highly analytical - ability to leverage data sources such as retailer data, internal/syndicated data sources, digital search and site analytics tools, and shopper insights (e.g., Scintilla, Digital Landscapes, Madrid, Circana IRI eMarket Insights, Numerator)
- Strong storytelling ability through strategic use of visual tools such as PowerPoint and Mekko and a customer mindset presentation style
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as intellectual curiosity, with a proven ability to work on multiple assignments and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a self-starter, proactive mindset, working to continuously create and define the future of digital category management
- Strong people and leadership skills, ability to influence and drive change management
- Management experience to enable leading a team of customer eCatman resources
