Role OverviewThe Paid Media Strategist is responsible for driving revenue growth and advertising efficiency across our e-commerce portfolio. This role owns campaign execution and optimization across Google, Meta, and additional paid media channels, ensuring performance aligns with business objectives.
This is a high-impact position within a fast-growing organization where the right person can make a measurable difference in revenue, return on ad spend, and overall marketing effectiveness.
ResponsibilitiesPlan, develop, and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across PPC, DSP, STV, and other digital channels
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms
Monitor campaign performance daily and provide structured reporting weekly and monthly through automated dashboards
Conduct A/B testing across ad creative, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization
Analyze competitor SEM strategies and identify opportunity gaps
Manage campaign budgets, forecast spend, and reconcile discrepancies
Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to align campaigns with tone, priorities, and strategic initiatives
Coordinate with team members managing marketplace advertising (Amazon, Wayfair, etc.) to ensure cohesive channel strategy
Maintain strong understanding of emerging advertising technologies, tools, and best practices
Improved ROAS and revenue contribution across paid channels
Structured, data-backed campaign optimization
Efficient budget management with disciplined forecasting
Clear reporting and performance transparency
Strong cross-functional alignment between advertising and brand strategy
4+ years of experience in e-commerce advertising management
Minimum 2 years of hands-on expertise in:
Google Ads / Microsoft Ads (Search & Shopping)
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaign management
Proven experience executing A/B testing and campaign optimization
Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, attribution, targeting, and analytics platforms
Demonstrated success optimizing campaign structure and bidding strategies
Strong analytical skills including data manipulation and performance analysis
Ability to evaluate click-through rate, conversion performance, spend efficiency, and creative impact
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Agency experience welcomed
