The EDI Analyst is responsible for connecting customers with Flexe's proprietary logistic platform. This job reports to the Manager, Customer Integration. The customer implementation team will design, configure, and onboard integration solutions to meet customer needs. The EDI Analyst will partner with external customers and internal product and technology teams passionate about solving real-world problems. 

Job Responsibilities 

[60%] Understanding, documenting, and executing against customer integration requirements 

  • Own the integration scope for a wide range of small to medium projects, including managing the scope, deliverables, and timelines. 
  • Work directly with external customers pursuing integration solutions. 
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and project efforts with external customers and document the requirements for downstream teams. 
  • Track changes to functional and business specifications and write user documentation.

[20%] Define and execute customer integration testing scenarios 

  • Define and execute internal test scenarios by transaction type. 
  • Work with the customer to define customer-specific test scenarios and execute the tests.
  • Test integrations validate that they work seamlessly in production and sandbox environments. 

[10%] Customer Support 

  • Troubleshoot and maintain existing integration configurations and support customers after go-live. 
  • Use customer support issues to identify trends or upsell opportunities. 

[10%] Continuous Improvement 

  • Drive continuous improvement and look to reduce the number of integration failures our customers are experiencing. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements for the customer onboarding process. 

Qualifications 

Required Qualifications 

  • 2 Years of Experience 
  • A history of supporting integration efforts with external customers API, EDI
  • Experience and expertise with EDI ANSI X12, flat file, JSON, and XML file types.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to dive deep into semi-ambiguous scope, solving complex integration processes. 
  • Familiarity with software lifecycle and agile development methodologies. 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, both technical and non-technical in nature. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Expertise in supply chain integration implementations. 
  • College degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain software, or equivalent experience.

The salary range for this role is $78,250 to $115,000 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen. All employees receive company equity as part of their compensation package.
