This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to join their growing marketing team. They are a well-established company in the home improvement and eCommerce industry that has continued to expand their portfolio of consumer brands and strengthen their digital presence through innovative online marketing and customer-focused solutions. This is a production-focused role responsible for building polished, responsive marketing emails using established templates, creative assets, and campaign instructions provided by the marketing team.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within structured processes. They enjoy executing marketing campaigns with precision, ensuring every email is visually consistent, fully functional, and ready for deployment.
Requirements
- Experience building production-ready marketing emails.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and production workflows.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting formatting issues (preferred).
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong proofreading and quality control skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams is an advantage.
- Relevant internships, coursework, or portfolio projects may be considered alongside professional experience.
