OVERVIEW We are seeking a dedicated and organized Email Marketing Manager to join Asian Career House. This role is crucial in helping us reach and engage our community through effective and impactful email campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to engage our audience and drive community growth.

  • Create, test, and optimize email campaigns, including newsletters, announcements, and event promotions.

  • Manage the email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of all campaigns.

  • Segment email lists based on various criteria to ensure targeted and relevant communication.

  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling email content and visuals.

  • Ensure all email communications align with our brand voice and values.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a volunteer or non-profit setting.

  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Passionate about the Asian community and committed to our mission.

ACH/SS EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a volunteer or non-profit setting.

  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

EXPECTATIONS

  • This is a volunteer role; we’re asking for 3-5 hours/week max to contribute no volunteer should be exceeding these hours without communication to their manager

  • Must attend meetings for team meetings and 1:1s

  • Communication is key and participation is required to commit to the project
